At Man-Mud, we take pride in the quality and purity of our skincare products. Each formula is crafted with care using natural, additive-free ingredients sourced from around the world. Because your satisfaction matters to us, we’ve designed a clear and transparent refund and return policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your Man-Mud experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required.
  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted sale products.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at man-mud@outlook.com  with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) within 5–7 business days.

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email man-mud@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our Return Authorization (RA) confirmation and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship it to the return address provided in your confirmation email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Man-Mud is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  1. Refund Processing
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card Company to post the refund to your account.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before your refund appears.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at man-mud@outlook.com for further assistance.
  4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order through our website.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery according to this policy.

  1. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed only for the cost of the product itself (unless damaged or incorrect).
